Money is shown in the currency the church paid in. Nothing is converted behind your back.
The rules that protect you, the churches and us. They are the same for every partner.
You earn on money that has reached us and cleared, after payment gateway fees and excluding sales tax. Failed or reversed payments earn nothing.
Each church earns for you for an agreed period after it signs up. There are no sign-up bonuses and no tail afterwards.
Earnings are held for 30 to 60 days, depending on how the church paid, so refunds can be settled first.
If a church is refunded, the earning on that payment is reduced. If it was already paid, it is deducted from your next payout. You never repay out of pocket.
Balances are paid once they reach a minimum for their currency. Below it, the balance carries forward.
Partners describe ChurchBright honestly: no invented features, prices or results, and no pretending to be us.

We do not publish rates. Terms are agreed individually, in writing, before you start, so they fit the kind of partner you are.
We pay by bank transfer or mobile money once your available balance reaches the minimum for its currency. Money is paid in the currency the church paid in, and you get a statement showing every payment and adjustment.
Earnings are held for a short time so that refunds and disputes can be settled first. The hold is shorter for bank transfer and mobile money than for cards.
The earning on that payment is reduced or cancelled. If it was already paid to you, the amount is taken off your next payout. You are never asked to pay money back out of your own pocket.
Only plan subscription payments that we have actually received count. SMS top-ups, add-ons and payments a church makes on its own gateway do not.
No. Referring yourself, your own church or your own organisation does not earn anything. We keep the program fair for everyone.
Be honest. Do not invent features, prices or results, and do not say you are ChurchBright. We give you approved material to use.
You see each church’s name, plan and billing state, so you can support them. You never see members, giving or messages.
